Schedule a property visit with Fly the Coop Vacation Rentals to review your goals and assess how your home is set up for guests. We’ll provide expert input on smart technology upgrades for added security and seamless management, suggest repairs and design touches to elevate the guest experience, and recommend amenities that will boost your property’s appeal and increase bookings. 


For ease and convenience, we typically list client properties under our Fly the Coop Vacation Rentals account.  This approach allows us to manage bookings seamlessly and provide a streamlined experience for both owners and guests.


Each month, we calculate your reservation totals, and your payout will be deposited on the 10th business day of the following month.


Service fees, Vacation Rental Taxes and cleaning fees are collected from the guest and paid directly to the Tax Authority and Cleaning Crews.


Simple, Transparent Pricing - We believe in earning our keep the same way you do — through results. That’s why our service fee is only applied once your home receives confirmed bookings. No upfront commissions.


No Long-Term Contracts - Unlike many other services, we don’t lock you into lengthy agreements. We’re confident our work will speak for itself. If we're not a fit, you're free to fly the coop, no strings attached.


Management Fees - Our management fee is a percentage of booked earnings and varies based on:

   Home size and location

   Level of support you prefer 

   Length of time you'd like us to manage your property.

   Level of Guest Insurance

   Smart Home Technology Management


Our standard management services includes everything you need to start generating income from your property.  We handle the photography, listing the home, pricing, inquiries, bookings, marketing, guest check in & out, and coordinating cleaning and maintenance between guests.     

         

Our cleaning service includes quality cleaning products and essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, linens, towels and cleaning supplies.


We are available to both owners and guests 24/7.

Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and Fly the Coop Vacation Rentals website 


Guests are screened by reviewing their previous history through Airbnb/VRBO and other platforms.  


Parties and events are not allowed to avoid exceeding property occupancy rules and to minimize any neighborhood complaints. 


Supplemental insurance is recommended and is very affordable.  


Any damage reported by our site managers or cleaning staff will be charged to the guest if possible and/or supplemental insurance.  Damages are documented for claims.


Absolutely!  You deserve to Fly the Coop too!  Please make sure to schedule these stays in advance so that we can block out the calendar to other guests.
